First C - 1887 (disc. 1907 - NY, but some sold up to 1923)
First O - 1902 (disc. 1923 - NY)
Last square - #62871 - 1887
First grand - #791 - 1856
First upright - #5451 - 1861

This is from a printed and handwritten list on Steinway stationary 
that I got through Bill Garlick when he was working at Steinway...
