Hi Brett.

I also learned today that Barbara was no longer with YC.

After months and months of back order promises for these brackets 
starting with Pam Woods and a host of others,  Angel (the old "new YC 
person") recently told us that she finally had the brackets in her 
hands and was shipping them overnight.  When we did not receive them, 
we were told by Gina (the phone receptionist) that Angel had left the 
company.  The new "new YC person", Barbara,  assured us that she would 
finally resolve everythng, and now alas, she is gone too.  I have been 
trying to get the correct brackets for over one year.

I did learn today that Todd Brown is the YC Manager, & left a request 
for him to call me.  If I get any news tomorrow, I'll let you know.
