Slow Paying Customer Policy

I also get half down but the balance prior to redelivery.  On more
complicated jobs the payments might come in thirds, however, the balance is
always due "upon completion and prior to redelivery" and states that in the
contract.  I do encourage customers to come and inspect the finished product
before it leaves my shop.

I always get 1/2 down on any major repair or rebuild.  Then the balance is
due on delivery or completion.  On this particular customer, I'd refuse any
other orders unless they were paid up front.  I just cut a store loose
because they took 2 months to pay me.  I don't need that kind of
aggravation, and neither do you.
