Steaming hammer heads

About those heads file with very coarse felt.  If the felt is stiff and 
won't fuzz up, quit waisting your time.  Tell the manufacturere your 
problem and that you tried everything and you want a happy customer,  
you may get a new set of hammer heads to install,warranty may cover some 
of the expense and you may be able to satisfy the customer.
