Thanks Paul! I also use the Accutuner..so your advice will also work great
for me. Now 'all' I have to do is get the information entered and linked to
a Palm. Thanks again! Pam

Hi, Pam:

            Welcome to the list.

Regarding which PDA to use, you'll probably find a lot of
suggestions here. Many use the same PDA (Pocket PC) to run the Cybertuner
software as well as a contact program to keep appointments and customer
base. I use the Sanderson Accutuner, so I use a Palm Pilot to track
customers and appointments. Palm has their own software, but you can use
other Microsoft and other third party software in it. The Palm software
works very well for me, and it's bulletproof- no glitches or bugs ever. I
use a mileage tracking program called Trip to keep my mileage straight for
tax deductions.

            Good luck.

I need some suggestions on converting my client information to electronic
form. I still use books/paper and am getting moved out of house and
home.besides not being able to run things efficiently.

What do you use?

Thank you in advance for any help and suggestions. (this is my first time
posting) Pam
