Stick with a couple of groved wheels on one end (
small, about 1" diameter, 2" apart--nylon wheels from
lumber yard for sliding doors work great ) Put string
between wheels in "s" curve, push stick back and
forth. I push-pull about 20 times. String becomes
noticeably more flexible.
