    The mineral plastic, Ancient Wooly Mammoth Ivory and adhesives you inquired about are available on my website at the Keyboard Restoration Supplies page. This page is not fully complete, but is functional. Please note, these keytops are only available as blanks, so a lot of shaping and contouring must be done after it has been applied. They are not a one-piece molded top that requires minimal trimming. Hope this helps.   Mike
