Recommend Rebuilder?

Me amoung them... but because I think I operate with a different 
perception of what words like <<better>> should be used for then many 
folks.  Which oddly enough I suppose puts me both at odds and at the 
same time squarely on the same side of folks who want to do things 
differently.

    Well that could certainly open the proverbial can of worms.   The
    archives
    are replete with references to this discussion.  So much so that I won't
    even start.  However, there are many who would disagree with that
    conclusion.
