Retail prices for a Yamaha C3

Greetings, 
 
            Yes, this is recent for me too. THis is the one the people had 
and wanted me to sign the IRS #8283 form for. I called a dealer here in the 25 
mile radius of Philly. That dealer told me $39,195.00. I also called a dealer 
in Hanover, PA he told me ballpark, 40K. Last March, it was 30K(same dealer 
too)! I dont know what happened, that's a pretty big retail jump in one year.
Just called them the day before yesterday, May 1st
Now all I have to get is the fair market value of a C3E, 1985 vintage in 
almost pristine condition, since the lady ran a dehumidfier/humidfier unit since 
she purchased it in 1985!
