I've got a small press mounted on an overhead track - works very well and is quite versatile. If I were to do it over again, and pinblock drilling was the only drilling I typically did in the piano, I would build a jig like Ron Nossaman has - a hover drill press - simple and appears to work very well for pinblocks.

Well, now I'm looking at the delta drill presses. Can someone recommend a drill press that would work for drilling pin blocks both in and out of the piano? Hell! If I'm going to shell out the money I want to get something that is versatile! So you guys tell me what I need. Thanks for the help! Oh, and I'm not stuck on the delta brand so...
