Ditto the Proctor-Silex "Hot Pot". Built-on thermostat. No need to carry Yet Another Contraption (rheostat/plug/cord). Use a thermometer for your first setup run to determine where on the dial it will keep the water at 135F / 57C and mark it with a Sharpie.
