I will send you the English as a pdf off-list.  I agree with StŽphane 
that the first choice (at least mine) for such an Erard would be the 
Paulello's "0" wire, "Designed for French pianos stringed with 
Firminy steel between 1880 and 1920 (according to the vibrating 
length)"
