CTT would be comparable to RPT and would CERTIFY that the Association considers the person qualified in all respects to perform tuning, repairs, voicing, and so forth, at a proven, professional level of competence.) I couldn't agree more. Heck, my dog is 'registered' with the village and wears his tags to prove it! And, whereas, he is much better than other dogs, this in itself only proves that I laid down $5 for his tags. The phrase "Registered Piano Technician" means nothing to the general public.
