Please, let's all take Paul's earlier point -- this discussion does
not belong on pianotech, it is a case of a slightly heated discussion
on ptg-l bleeding over onto this list. Let's keep the discussion on
ptg-l. There's good reasons there are two separate lists for different
topics (open discussion of piano service topics v. internal PTG
politics).
