Looking at the pictures, I think you need to move most of the flap tools into the case and just keep tools in the flap that are tight... The bag seems to be designed for my purposes---The challenge will be to NOT over load it up as it has pockets -pouches everywhere. Right now it weighs in @ 20 lbs..
