Hi Scott,

I don't think so, it might be but it's awful expensive if it is. I
don't read Fench but I tried Googling it in French and the French call
it PVC-E too. You can get a quart from either Schaff or Pianotek for
less than what they want fro a pint! I guess to paraphrase the old
saying kind of backwards, if it doesn't walk like a duck or quack like
a duck it probably ISN'T a duck!
