You can call Steinway and find out but it's not difficult to make one out of a piece of scrap mahogany or whatever. A few drops at a time of vinegar or water/wallpaper remover solution along the remaining piece with a protective strip of paper toweling or something placed below to keep anything from running down the side of the case to the pinblock/soundboard/keybed will eventually loosen the remnant so that you can remove it easily with a chisel.
