Jack question for old piano

Hi Doug,

How about using a shorter jack? ;-]

Barring finding an appropriate jack for this piano, you could probably
remove the jack along with it's neighbor, cut the new jack to proper length
using the old one as a guide. Make sure to leave enough length to shape the
tip of the jack appropriately, lube and re-install.
