Kimball Question

According to Larry Fine's book, a 1990 Kimball console is a pretty good
piano for a beginner.  Does anyone have any first hand experience with a
Kimball model 433?  Any inherent problems with this model?
 
If in good condition, both inside and out, what would be an approximate
price range for a private seller, not a dealer.   There's a very good chance
that I'll be asked to perform an appraisal on the above mentioned instrument
and I want to be as informed as I can be.
