Hi David, I realize my comments here will lack any specifics, but FWIW, my new accountant suggested that I form an S-corp rather than an LLC. I had formerly been a sole proprietor. I believe there was a tax savings and better liability protection to make this change - and the S-corp was better than the LLC. Again, I realize this doesn't adequately answer your question, but maybe at least suggests that you are on the right path to be looking into this. Talk to your accountant - and if they don't know anything more about it than me, I would strongly suggest that you find another! I just don't understand the specifics of all that. I feel like my plate is full enough trying to get a handle on soundboard impedance and mass and stiffness, etc., etc. Hope this helps. If anyone can direct me to good literature or share their own experiences on the subject, I'd appreciate it. David Love -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
