Reblitz's book on Piano Servicing, Tuning, & Rebuilding has enough on tuning the Rhodes to get you through it. I also use a curved hemostat to move the springs. I think I remember the Rhodes manual showing tuning stretched or straight with no stretch at all. They really hold their tune pretty well, so I would try to determine if the last tuner stretched or not. The Reblitz book also shows adjusting the pickups to the tines. You want to know how to do this so you can get a consistent tone and volume from each note. Have fun tomorrow!
