The market is just a bit different here, but I just got done doing a
full action rebuild on one of these recently purchased for US equivalant
of about 4500 dollars. This instrument looked really nice, and
soundboard was in as good a condition if not better then could be
expected given its age. After repairs he ended up around 10000 dollars
total and was tickled pink.

What you you pay for an unrestored 1930s model "S"? Soundboard is
decent but needs typical rebuilding, action, refinishing, etc.
Probably a new block.
