Might be easier to find a pair.
APSCO used to have quite a selection.
Schaff got their stock, and doesn't have everything in their catalogue, so give them a call, they still have a lot of odds and ends. (or did have)

Subject: Ivers+Pond leg
Hello,
Where could I find a leg for a 1906 Ivers+Pond piano. Old upright. It's the right leg as one sits at the piano. Dark brown color.
