Go to a yard sale, get an electric knife, and make your own. If I remember correctly, you just shape the knife blades, spread them apart, and attach a length of cloth sandpaper belt. I imagine heat would have to be used to shape the blades. Grind them to length, and grind off the edge of the blade. Of course, I have been wrong before. :-) Most techs have a good mechanical aptitude, so it should be do-able. John M.
