Yeah, I've got the Jahn end all set...I'll let you know how the watanabe end works out...

I bugged the Pianotek people about this, and he said they've had enough requests that
they plan to have an adapter in 6 months or so.

Well, Jim, I haven't actually received it yet. Some kind of
unexplained mixup. It's supposed to ship Monday, but it might be a
while before I know for sure if it works. (I'll have to go to the
machinist unless I have a scrap piece of metal in the shop that I can
try it on.)

I like the #3 Jahn tip a little better than the Watanabe #2 on my
Fujan. If you haven't tried a #3 yet, you might consider ordering one
from Pianotek. The two Jahn #3 tips I have let the tip sit down
closer to the coil than the Jahn #2. To me it is a better feel. The
Watanabe on the Fujan is even closer to the coil, but I like the feel
of the Jahn #3 better. The W. has more play, but it might just be
that way on that particular W. tip and not with all of them.

If you go ahead with making an adapter, the Jahn tip has a stud that
is 10mm x 1.0 pitch. But you probably have the Jahn end figured out
already since you didn't ask about that. <g>
