The google map idea is really quite simple. Try it out! All you (usually) need is street address and 5-digit ZIP code. Copy/paste the street addr from wherever you keep your records (it'll be more typing if you still use 3x5 cards!), memorize and type the ZIP. After you go to your first, second, and any subsequent appointments, add one final destination and put in your home address. It all takes about 1 minute for a day's worth of appts, and if you only have a few days worth to do for the entire year, it's well worth the peace of mind, IMHO.
