No. Thiourea is a chemical that can be _added_ to animal glues to make them liquid at room temperature and below. We aren't talking of such preparations. Bichromate of potash can also be added to hot glue to make it more waterproof for tropical climates. Let's hear a bit less of your superstitions. JD
