When my right wrist gave up on the four pound sledge, I bought
a cheap Harbor Freight palm nailer. I figured if I liked it,
I'd spring for a real one when it crapped out, and if I
didn't, it was disposable. I'm still using it. The pin top
doesn't seem to care if it's being hammered by a sledge, or a
palm nailer. After the fact, they look the same.

Do it.
