scratched key cover

Are you certain that you scratched it, of did they just notice an old scratch?

There are furniture touch-up markers to disguise these:

They are not the variety you find at a stationers (that brown has too much red)
However, a normal black marker works for ebony or some other really 
dark finish.

I carry a black and a medium brown marker and even touch-up marks I 
don't make :-)
