If you're just interested in the piano sounds, you should really look at a
digital piano. The S90 ES is a truly versatile instrument; however, it's way
more than most people need. If that's what you want, look at Ebay.
You really shouldn't pay more than 2K for it.

Similar keyboards with decent sounds and action are the Roland 88 key Fantom
series, Kurzweil's 88 key offerings, Korg's RD piano's, and Kawai's MP
series.

As far as digital pianos, Roland's FP7, Yamaha's CP300, and Kawai's MP8II.
There are earlier versions of the Yamaha such as the PF 500 or 1000. Kawai's
earlier good models are MP9000, MP9500, CA-X, CA5.

I find the wooden keys a big plus, if you're satisfied with the graduated
action on most 88 keyboards, more power to you.

Hope this helps ,
Bruce Pennington
