It's probably cheaper to make one but time consuming.  Pianotek sells a
quality skid.  The 6' is $188.  There is also a 7' and 9' version for
$225 and $272 respectively.

Schaff is a little bit more expensive.  $190 for the 6', $230 for 7' and
$275 for the 9'.

Don't forget the straps too  :-)
