I don't know what edge banding is, but in a pinch I've used my business card for added strength. But if?you have veneer, it's better.

Subject: [pianotech] Fractured Keystick

I have found a woodcraft store in my area that I will be getting some veneer.? I will select the maple, but I got to thinking, would edge banding be a good choice for bracing the fracture?? Does anyone know if edge banding and veneer are the same thickness?

?

Thanks!
