I saw it at the Inventronics booth in Anaheim.
I think it was probably the last day, and was the prototype model.

It's actually bigger than the SAT III; but a bit smaller than the SAT II. There was a display at the funeral home for Dr. Sanderson's services, from the first prototype of the Sight-O-Tuner to models of the Sanderson Engine. The SAT IV was on display as well.
