Hi Dennis, We use a program called "Maximizer" for our data base. It is very user friendly & adaptable to individual needs and we can set a reminder call for when people are due for a tune. (Usually we have the reminder go 3 or 4 weeks before tuning is due.) It can be set for any time of any day and years in advance if you want. Regards, Alastair.
