Hi Dennis,

We use a program called "Maximizer" for our data base. It is very user friendly & adaptable to individual needs and we can set a reminder call for when people are due for a tune. (Usually we have the reminder go 3 or 4 weeks before tuning is due.) It can be set for any time of any day and years in advance if you want.

Regards,
Alastair.

  Subject: [pianotech] Customer Base software

I am looking for a software system for my customer base. If anyone could suggest some programs they use and like the features on them I would appreciate it. One feature I would like to have is an option that will give me a reminder within six months or a year that customers are due for tunings.

  Respectfully,

  Dennis Chupp
