What if anything can the PTG do about this. Shawn, The PTG can - and will - take legal action against this person under Federal trademark law. The PTG logo and name belong to the organization and any unauthorized use is subject to stiff statutory penalties. You can send the name of this person and to your RVP or the PTG Executive Director or to the President and they will take it from there. Might be a good idea to include his business card - if you can get your hands on one - and a description of his other violations. Israel Stein
