The pay of a few executives cannot compare with the cost of the employees salaries when it is understood that the unions have arranged that retired employees receive, in some cases, their full pay, plus hospitalization and benefits. Quite a plum package that no businesses can sustain for very long, especially when sales drop off or investments tank. Unions have priced themselves out of jobs, expecting, like most modern Americans, to be given something for nothing. The class warfare game is un-American, spawned by abuses of employees of yesteryear and exploited by the Nanny state mentality of today.
