[pianotech] plate lags, (was persistent customer)

So, if once tightened when the plate is installed, there is no way a plate bolt will need tightening again?  Yamaha recommends plate tightening and I have snugged there plate bolts many times...not much of snug, grant you...Steinway's plate screws don't seem to move...her in California anyway...
