Keep trying, it is the holidays after all.  I don't wait very long for
someone to call me back.  I keep calling until I get somebody when I really
need to get it done.

Thanks for that info, Will..I had the number but no extension, and my 
call went to the acoustic parts voice mail.
this time, using the number with the extension, I just got Derricks 
voice mail,  however his mail box was full.
