Install the bushings and drill up from the bottom at an angle which the pin is in the block with a bit diameter which will still allow compression around the pin. The reason for this is that when the pin is initially driven in, it will follow the bushing straight down then angle as it enters the block. Depending on the proximity of the block hole the pin might leave a gap at the rear of the pin or damage the block. Inspect alignment before drilling because you might drill at an angle from the top down. Especially if the block was drilled through the center of the bushings from the top. -- Regards, Jon Page
