Young Chang Replacement Hammer/Shank/Flange

Hi all.  I tuned a Young Chang grand for a local university today and they are missing the hammer/shank/flange for note C88.  
Apparently a previous tech broke it and intended to order a new part, then fell off the map.  What is the easiest way to order the 
parts?  Can I order the hammer already on the shank?
