tuner in Cuiaba, Brazil

I speak some Portuguese, having lived in Sao Paulo for a year, a long time ago, but Brazil's a long ways to go to tune, and an expensive flight.  There used to be a Brazilian piano tuner who contributed to this list a few years ago.  I think he was also in Sao Paulo, which is 800 miles from Cuiaba, as the crow flies.  The nearest tuner may very well be 500 miles away, in Brasilia, the capital.
