You can pay thousands of dollars for a "professional" two pin meter 
and less than $50 for a cheap thing.  I just plumped for one that 
didn't seem too cheap, which comes from China and is therefore almost 
certainly good value, and which has specifications, especially as to 
range and tolerance, that exceed those of far more expensive things.
