I had the opportunity to install a few Fandrich Riblets on a piano yesterday. It is a restrung Baldwin R with a lackluster treble. I placed two, centered between ribs 2,3,4 which placed roughly at E's 5 & 6. The attack brightened and gained a little more decay time. They gave the treble the boost it needed, a presence making it now an integral part of the piano; the treble sounded lost before. mailto:fandrich at fandrich.com Picture: https://www.moypiano.com/ptg/caut.php/attachments/20070924/667f6572/attachment-0001.jpg -- Regards, Jon Page -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
