rescale bass strings

Just curious. What is the usual bill from JD Grandt? & do they ever get hiung up at the border?

| I use JD Grandt. John is stable, efficient, knowledgeable, 
| reasonable, and makes a first rate "no surprises" string to 
| my specs with good accuracy and quick turnaround. Great guy 
| to work with, great product.

I have also used JD Grandt. Good strings, I agree. But then on the last set I
got from them I received a bill that was nearly double what I expected.
