[pianotech] Replacing bass string and retaining the original tuning pins

Thanks Dale & Paul,

Dale, always good to hear from you and always good advice. Paul, I like your 
idea. A good compromise between what I wanted to do and Dales point. A 
little easier to get out of the hole, but enough to get it ready for the 
hole in the other pin.
