[pianotech] Young Chang brackets

Hello list,
I need to replace the action brackets on a Young Chang grand piano. I left 3 messages for Sam Sun at 1-866-798-6979 but did not get a response. Where can I order them? Somebody wrote about a good way of replacing brackets. Where can I find that method?The link I tried was
