I find it difficult to believe that those are the original wheels, I 've
never seen the wheels set in that far, they are usually right next to the
end, where the legs of the piano go, primarilay to eliminate problems such
as this.
They look like an amatuer job of replacement and possibly not heavy duty
enough for a piano truck?

I also am looking at that shiny wheel and wondering if it is some sort of
plastic rather than a solid rubber or phenolic or polyurethane that can
withstand the weight and forces it will be subjected to.

I believe Wm. also has a point about the arms being loose also, perhaps some
further investigation into the how, who and why that dolly and those wheels
came to be there is in order.
