David: I can repair your pedals using acetylene welding equipment which
I have being a former auto mechanic. I have repaired many like yours, and
if you don't mind sending them to the Chicago area, I'd be happy to do the
needed work, very reasonably. Otherwise, find a local welder, it should be
no problem for an experienced person.
