Disagreement and degree of said understood and agreed upon :). I am
aware that the reason you state below is what you are meant to believe.
The fact is that there are all kinds of much easier ways of
accomplishing said equally or more effectively... that have nothing to
do with fingerprinting anyone who... wants a job.

With all due respect, I couldn't disagree with you more. The main
reason for the fingerprinting is to ward sex offenders away from
gaining access to the children and schools
