Well, I have had the same mind set as you, and I normally wouldn't bring this up, but the customer is one of those "do-it-yourselfer", so he has actually taken the keys out, and he said they are broken...so they probably are. I am note sure if he has tried to repair them or not. But I just need to be as fully prepared as possible. Anyone else have any suggestions?
